Listing Specialist Job
We are seeking a motivated and talented person to be our part-time Listing Specialist for our growing team! You will handle all activities pertaining to the Listing Specialist!

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Processing pictures of apartments
- Creating listings online
- Posting listings to various social media platforms
Qualifications:
- Familiar/comfortable with technology/social media
- Creative and fast learner
- Reliable transportation
- Extremely motivated and responsible
Pay:
- $35/per property (apx. 1 hour of work, averaging 10-20 properties a month so average monthly income would be $350-$700)
Hours:
There are no set hours, you would only work on days when we have new listings. Work can be done at night, as long as its completed within 12 hours.
